토토 배트맨은 토토 배트맨에 대한 지속적인 컬렉션과 리서치를 바탕으로, <유토피아: 이상에서 현실로(2008년),

<토토 배트맨, 컬렉션, 플리마켓 (2012년), <뉴웨이브 New wave: Furniture and the emerging Designers(2013년)

에 이어지는 4번째 토토 배트맨 기획전시 <토토 배트맨展을개최합니다.

이번 전시는 1920년대 제작된 'Frankfurt 토토 배트맨'부터 1990년대 Bulthaup사의 'SYSTEM20'에 이르기까지

오리지널 부엌들을통해서 시스템 부엌의 변천사를 확인하는동시에 부엌 용품과 부엌관련 이미지 데이터들이

함께 전시됨으로써, 20세기 현대 주거문화토토 배트맨의 변천사를 조망할 수 있도록 구성됩니다.

‘토토 배트맨'의 개념과 그 원형을 오늘날 생활문화와의 밀접한 연관성 내에서 살펴보고자 기획된 <토토 배트맨展은

현재까지도 생활 속에서 지속 가능한 토토 배트맨의 형태와 우리의 생활 문화의 현재와 미래에 대하여 함께

생각해보는 기회가 될 것입니다.

Kumho Museum of Art proudly announces the opening of 토토 배트맨 and Design of the 20^thCentury, the 4th

exhibition of its design exhibition series, after utopia: the evolution of an idea in 2008, design, collection, flea

market in 2012, and NEW WAVE: FURNITURE AND THE EMERGING DESIGNERS in 2013.

Featuring from Frankfurt Kitchen of 1920s to Bulthaup SYSTEM20 of 1990s, the exhibition focuses on design

history of system 토토 배트맨 during the 20^th Century. It presents also original kitchen wares and image data of

each period to take view of history of modern dwelling and its design.

토토 배트맨 is aimed to be a discussion of how a general idea of design and its origin interrelate regarding living

culture of the present time. The exhibition will provide you an opportunity to think about sustainable design as

well as the way of life for today and its prospect.
